1. Return Window

We accept refund requests within 5 days from the date you receive your order.

Requests submitted after 5 days will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, cables, and protective materials.
  • The product must not show signs of damage, misuse, or tampering.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used earphones/headphones (if seal is broken)
  • Software, digital products, or downloadable items
  • Items damaged due to improper use
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • We will inspect and either offer a replacement or a full refund.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
